Solution
The BCP website is the central information resource for its students, parents, alumni and faculty, replete with e-commerce. BCP has 1,400 students, 2,500 visitors per year, and over 20,000 potentially active alumni so we created a robust database to handle mission critical information like tuition payment, event registration, donations and e-commerce. BCP's website enables commerce of both tangible and intangible items (i.e. BCP logo-gear and donations). We used an Apache web server to process all of the web requests and SSL data-encryption and Verisign's digital certificate technology to secure all of the data. The end result is increased usability for the site's visitors, set in an engaging and intuitive web environment.
